ElderTreks is inviting all adventure travelers to enter our writing contest. We want to read about your experience first-hand. We are looking for engaging and evocative writings. One in which you traveled with an adventurous spirit, open mind, or sensitive soul. If you became immersed in the country, the food, the land, the art, the rituals or the culture in general, we would like for you to translate one of those moments or series of moments, which might offer inspiration for others. To enter, simply submit one of your stories (1000 words or less) from one of the ElderTreks destinations and you are eligible to win $500USD*. ElderTreks will select winning entries from submissions made by December 1st, 2008. Winning entries will be featured in future ElderTreks publications. *All prizes awarded as credit towards any Eldertreks trips.
